Description
CNC Machined in the UK from billet 6082 aluminium & anodised silver as standard (some sizes are also available in black anodise), giving a product that is both attractive & durable.
The clamp is fitted using an M8 high tensile cap head bolt and to the tube using an M6 bolt.
The tube has a solid machined bar end made from durable black polyacetal which adds to the crash protection. There is a retaining groove to register on the fixing screw for safety.
Sizes range from 35mm to 55mm (stock depending) covering many of the most popular bikes – See the tab above – Clip-on Size Chart – for a list of compatible bikes.
Spare clamps and / or tubes can be supplied separately as required.
Tube length is 270mm as standard (ACT270) and 22mm in diameter.
The drop angle of these clip ons is approx 7 degrees.
Recommended torque settings:
M8 PINCH BOLT = 23 Nm (16.5 lb-ft)
M6 PINCH BOLT = 10 Nm (7.0 lb-ft)
