Is your exhaust just abit too loud?

Motorcycle Exhaust Baffles, or DB Killers, as some call them can make a significant difference, or just a subtle difference. 

Alot will depend on your bike, the age of the exhaust (ie is the exhaust wadding all burnt away inside for example), and obviously how you ride!  – Are you doing track days – flat out power required, or are you going to work in the early hours of the morning and not wanting to wake the neighbours…..

We love being “Loud & Proud” but only when it’s legal of course!  So we realise a noisy exhaust can be a nuisance and if you want to make your exhaust quieter by using a baffle, we have a considerable range available.   In the options list above, these baffles will fit to our A16 Range and many other exhaust manufacturers, – don’t worry that it says it’s for a Polished Traditional Spout or a Polished Slashcut Outlet, they will also fit our Titanium Type Outlet Spouts…. the IT Tech team just haven’t been able to overwrite the option description!  However, if your not sure as the choice can be bewildering, or if you need any advice, please call us – 01507 480455 / 07932 751791 .   We offer a full repacking service for all makes of exhaust, because often, if the exhaust is older / done a lot of miles, the reason it has got noisier is because all of the wadding inside has burnt away and needs replacing.

We want to make you aware a DB Killer can also be a Performance Killer, so a restrictive baffle will most likely make the exhaust a lot quieter, but it may also restrict the performance.
